For business owners
Know where every site stands, without chasing anyone.
Under the OHS Act, the employer must keep the workplace safe and without risk to health, as far as is reasonably practicable (section 8), and the chief executive officer must make sure those duties are properly carried out (section 16(1)). The CEO can assign duties to others, but keeps the responsibility (section 16(2)). So you need to know the work is being done.
Sound familiar?
- If an inspector arrived tomorrow, could we show what was done last month?
- I hear about problems on site after they have become expensive.
- I do not know which of our appointments and certificates are out of date.
- Every site does it differently, and the paperwork lives in someone’s bakkie.
What changes with ProComply
- One view of every site
- The dashboard shows checklist scores, open and critical issues, expiring certificates and who is on site now.
- Records that hold their value
- Submitted checklists are locked with a SHA-256 checksum and cannot be edited, so what you show is what was done on the day.
- Appointments on record
- Section 16(2) and other appointments filed by role and site, with review dates and reminders.
- Clear pricing
- Gold covers up to 5 sites and Platinum up to 15, billed monthly or annually, with no setup fees.

Questions we hear
Does ProComply make us compliant?
No software can do that on its own. Compliance comes from the work done on site and the people responsible for it. ProComply makes that work easier to do consistently and keeps a record of it.
How much does it cost?
Gold is R3 500 a month for up to 5 sites and Platinum is R4 500 a month for up to 15. Annual billing is 20% less. For more than 15 sites, talk to us.
