ProComply exists because managing OHS compliance too often means paper forms, scattered spreadsheets and days spent preparing reports. We build software that lets South African businesses do the daily work of compliance on site, keep a record of it that holds up, and find it again when it is needed.
Why it is built the way it is
The Occupational Health and Safety Act puts responsibility on the employer and its chief executive officer. Meeting that responsibility is mostly routine work: inspections, appointments, certificates, contractor documents and incident records, done properly and done every time.
So ProComply is built around the routine. Checks happen on a phone, on site, even without signal. Records are locked when they are submitted, so they cannot be quietly changed later. Expiry dates come with reminders. And when an inspector, auditor or client asks, the report is already there.
We are careful about what we claim. ProComply does not make anyone compliant on its own, and it does not replace the competent people who carry out risk assessments and run sites safely. It gives them less paper to chase and a better record of the work they do.
